Responsibilities

The role of a machine rental agent is incredibly important to us as you will be one of our faces to the outside world. The role includes the following responsibilities:

• Daily meetings with customers, which involve relationship building and service orientation
• Proactive sales work towards customers
• Management of our rental inventory
• Advising on product selection

Qualifications

We know that experience can look different, and the most important thing for us is that you have the right attitude and a desire to grow with us. We believe you are social, service-minded, and interested in people. To succeed in the role of a rental agent, we think you are good at building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues. You focus on the customer's needs and show interest and understanding for others. You should also be structured and have good administrative skills. As a person, you are driven, curious, and want to contribute to developing both yourself and our business.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience in rental operations, the construction industry, or customer service.
